I have a 2005 350 with es that will not shift to reverse with switch anyone have the same problem if  so please help thanks

Is this the Rancher? Could be a problem with the reverse switch, it can be tested.

I have 02 350 rancher that will shift electrically until you do reverse than will not shift unless you turn key off then on again , also when trying to start with starter it just clicks . any one have idea?

hguy, the ecu goes into failure mode if there's a problem detected. When the key is turned off then back on the ecu reactivates unless it detects the failure condition again. The problem could be several things, do you have a tester?
On the starter clicks problem, is battery fully charged? Verify by multimeter/voltmeter on battery. Check the wire connections, make sure they are clean and tight.
