I have a 110cc tao tao atv and here is the problem.  It stopped starting at the switch.  When you push start with the key on and the brake down nothing happens.  No click or anything and the rear brake light is on.  Now at the same time it stopped starting from the switch the headlight stopped working.  I replaced the bulb just to be sure and still nothing.  I can jump the solenoid and the motor will turn over and sounds like it wants to start but just doesn't get there.  I had an extra solenoid that I tried and still the same.  I have a switch I bought for my 150 cc and while the buttons are in different spots, the wiring layout looked to be the same and I flipped them out and still nothing.  Help.

Just a thought but have you checked the fuse(s)? What switch did you swap out, starter button or ignition? This is what I'm thinking since the headlight isn't working or I'm guessing it was the starter button(not sure) you swapped out then perhaps a problem with the ignition switch. I would check to make sure all wiring is good, make sure grounds are tight, first.

Just wanted to post that the problem was a shorted starter button on the handlebar switch.  The first switch they sent me had the same connection was the wiring was different.  I got a replacement switch and it started right over.  Thank you for your advice mikelm14
