I just recently purchased a Polaris ranger 500 about two months ago with 70 hours on it. I was just out snow plowing my driveway and around the house for about an hour and half and all of a sudden the machine lost power and shut off on me. I had a smoke and gave it a couple of minutes and the thing started right up and ran fine. this has happened one other time since I have had it. I have read other posts from people saying that the fuel in the tank is getting to hot and may need to put some type of barrier around the fuel tank is this true?? I also wanted to mention that the lights on the dash which show which gear you are in and temperature they are not lighting up however the AWD light and headlight switch is lighted up? I have checked out the fluids and they are fine oil, gas, coolant. I really could use some help hear I just want to get this solved
