CHINESE 110cc WILDFIRE PLEASE HELP/////

Hello All. I have a 110 chinese ATV. I just bought this used. It starts up fine, but the right side of the engine where the clutch plate cover is(oval,chrome,2 bolts), oil comes out of this area? alot? Thank You for any help..
