2008 arctic cat will not start

I have a 2008 arctic cat 400 manual shift. It was running fine. I did not run it for about 6 months. Drained gas out of tank and cleaned the carburetor. Filled it with good gas and it will not even try to start. The fuses look fine.

dose it crank and if it dose does it have spark
