Help with quad won't start have fuel and spark

Hi guys I'm new here and did try looking at the forms to see my answer but can't find it so what my problem is I have a 150cc gio quad 2wd it's the Chinese one with the gy6 carb so it's greeting a light blue spark its getting fuel I rebuilt the carb and the fuel is getting down their cause the plug does get wet and if checked my valves and their at .007 and I have 130 psi for my compression and it does crank over with the batterie or by kick starting it as well. So I'm lost on what to do or check now any help please ohh sorry and the timing is correct as well I did see it was set on the T for the crank and the timing chain pully holes line up with the head  

Did you check for spark at the end of plug or at coil wire? if you checked at end of wire you could still have a fouled plug.  

sounds like the plug is bad take the plug out and put wire back on then turn engine over while holding the plug just off the head to see if it sparks if the plugs looks good it really bad to check put plug down on head and see of it stops firing
