Coolster 150 has fuel in oil

Just bought this 2012 Coolster 150 DX2 and now after 5 days of just general riding it just started to bog today and cut off. I checked the oil level while it was off and when I pulled the dip stick out. Fuel and oil started to rush out.
Is this a carb issue or some other issue.
