1600 is a little steep for a 350 warrior.  i'd bet you could find a newer raptor 350 or even a honda 400ex for that price. check craigslist... personally the warrior would have to be in showroom condition for me to pay 1600.

wow, that is the newest one on Craigslist that I have found for that price... all others are early to late 90's which run about 1000-1300... I like the raptor 350 as well but I live in oregon and I think people who own quads here think they are gold    I will definitly keep looking... any other ideas about mechanical issues I should be aware of???

yeah quads are alot cheaper here in georgia.    the warrior is a bit clunky as a sport atv. it really wasn't designed for racing it's a good atv but just not top of the sport quad game.  the yamaha blaster 200 2 cycle is faster than the 350 warrior.  also look for a suzuki lt250 quadracer. 2 cycle but a really quick quad.

ok so I ended up with an 89 warrior... I love it.. rode it all day friday.. but...for some reason the electric start was acting up.  It would only work intermittently, sometimes it would start no problem and other times it would just make a clicking noise when I pressed the button... I could pop the clutch and it would start no problems... so my question is.. where should I start? I noticed that my battery cable is a little frayed so I thought about replacing that first but don't know where to go next.. Your help would be greatly appreciated and...if you know of any DIY videos on carb rebuild for it?  I want to work on my own bike without the boys
