Hi All, New China 4 wheeler with less than 5 hours and have already replaced the ignition switch twice. Dealer does not have a clue why they are burning up... any ideas from the forum.
Thanks... MG

Hello, Only the quality (or lack thereof),excessive heat/amperage, and vibration can cause failure to electrical. Most likely if you had an excessive amperage problem the cause would also affect other components of your system. I would consider either vibration or quality. An aftermarket switch should be relatively easy to adapt. Most likely the switch has only 3 wires at the most. One hot, one lights, and one ignition. Just use a multimeter to find the hot and hook up accordingly to your original switch. You really can't make a serious mistake. Good luck.
