Polaris 99 Sportsman 500. No spark and out of ideas?

 Changed the Stator, pickup, coil, plug wire & cap, voltage regulator and have popped 3 CDI's. Ran down every ground and checked all wires around the handle bars. New battery with all good connections. Will fire with a new CDI for a minute or so and that's it. What am I missing here? Also have great deals on parts! Any help is appreciated! Mike

Have you tried disconnecting engine kill switch(s) and checking for spark? Have you tested ignition switch?
