Quad cranks but will not start

Hello all I NEED HELP.
I have a 2001 Suzuki Quadmaster i decided to try and clean the carb and poured carb cleaner into the gas tank. The quad ran good for about 1 hour and then all of a sudden just turned off and will not start now. I fooled around with the choke but will not turn on. The battery is real good because it cranks really good, just will not start. Could it be the spark plug and if so where is that located? or what else could it be. Should i take the tank off and clean it out and clean the carb? Please advise
