I just got a 2000 400EX. Ran great on first tank. No significant change in weather. Now it won't idle and is rough in mid-range power (pretty much on or off)! I let it warm up before scaring momma. Almost seems to miss a little if trying to run in this range, kind of like hitting the rev limit prematurely. Does fine while accelerating through this range. Have some mechanical background in cars and airplanes, but not these (or carbs). The Dial-A-Jet does not have the Alcohol tank, and currently running E85 per previous owner. Any info or recommendations where to start is appreciated. No fuel leaks observed, does have the choke removed and floods/fouls plug easily on inital cold start.
Sorry for the caps, I cut and paste off the guys ad.
