Have cleaned the carb, new spark plug and its getting spark. There is gas flow to carb.  The sparkplug is wet with fuel when I take it out after trying to start it. Replaced the throttle cable.  I have tried starting it with holding the choke open doesn't work.  I have turned all the gas off and held the throttle, still won't start. Need more suggestions
