May be adjustment with one of the slow jet needle valveis out of adjustment. looking for specs for adjustments to make sure I have them correct.

check the diaphram in the top of the carb make sure you didn't get it folded in a corner upon reassembly, also check the intake and air filter boots to make sure there are no cracks or they aren't installed a little off allowing more air than needed into the mix.  
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!
