2007 Prarie 360 cuts out at half throttle

I bought this 2007 Kawasaki Prarie 360 new in Jan 2008 and then due to a work injury I didn't ride it much but started it weekly and drove it for a short time. It has less that 15 hours on it and has run very good until recently.
I have kept the gas fresh with a gas stabilizer but lately it would not idle, so I adjusted the idle and my engine braking seemed to deminish.
Now it cranks and runs good up to half throttle and then it cuts off and then on again and does this over and over, almost like a rev limiter is turning on and off.
I drained the gas from the carb and it's clean, no water or dirt. I also replaced the spark plug.
Any help would be appreciated.
