My wife has a 2005 Honda 400 that appears to have lost Hondamatic. This bike only has 1000 kms on it. When I jack up all four wheels bike drives out to about 80 kph ( stuck in 5th gear ). The dealer replaced the clutch which I don't feel was that bad and now he he says it is the Hondamatic ( $ 3000.00 ). I'm trying to deal with Honda Canada without much luck. Has anyone had similar problem or any ideas on this.
Dealer said it is caused by driving in automatic all the time.
