Push the start button, and nothing happens, no click, not a sound. Anybody know if there is an existing problem with these ATV's, because my buddy has the same problem with his Big Bear.

more than likely your starter is binding up. Check your starter by taking a car and jumping it. Black cable to the frame of your bike. Red cable to the cable that goes to the starter. See if this turns it. I have had to whack my starter with hammer before after sitting a long time to free it up.

Could be a neutral safety switch. Make sure it is in neutral, could be your solenoid. Could be a weak battery. It takes a strong battery to turn over the Big Bear!
