Taotao 110 making noise Help

I just bought A 110 for my daughter brand new. When she is driving it you can hear a noise like something is lose and tapping the frame. But that is not the case, when I hold the quad up in the back and give it gas the noise isn't there. Only when she is riding it around the yard. Sounds like plastic hitting the frame. Any ideas

i can tell you exactly what it is, it's the chain rubbing against the counter shaft sprocket cover, this is a very common problem, fix is to remove the cover, take a file and remove appox 1/2" of material on the bottom side of the chain opening,
