04 polaris 700 efi stalling out

2004 Polaris 700 EFI 4x4 - History - Back on memorial weekend had a rollover on the atv about 200 feet down a mountain - since then it has been acting funny - for obvious reasons.
Newly replaced battery does not seem to be holding a charge. After riding for a bit and I go back to idle it stalls out and will not restart and battery is usually dead as well or will seem to be dead after only a few attempts to restart.
Any ideas out there what I need to start looking at? Thanks
