i have a chinese atv for my little girl it has been sitting awhile in garage but now it want start. i have taken all the old gas out, and replaced with new gas. it will turn over if i spray starter fluid in air filter but after that burns off it cuts off. any suggestions

clean the carb. its gummed up from sitting with gas in it.

Hi,
I'am a main chinesse mechanic, you should clean out the jets on the carburator, if that does not work, you need to adjust the air mixer on the carburator it also depends how cold it is where you are at this should work, I work for powersportsmax and all we sell is chinesse bikes.

check out the carb cleaning 101 under atv repair and maintenance on this site.
also after you clean it out you should use removable thread locker on the carb cap when you put it back on.. those have abad habit of vibrating loose and causing the atv to go full throttle suddenly.
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!
