atv wont start please help me

my 125cc 4 stroke chinese atv was running great then suddenly it died and wont restart I checked everything and all i could find was a bad fitting on spark plug cable but i checked it and spark plug is sparking should i replace this could it not be sparking right whats going on here

are you sure it is getting fuel to the cylinder?
also the spark plug can spark and still be a fouled plug. i would suggest replacing the spark plug and checking to be sure there isn't water in the fuel tank. and be sure that fuel is getting into the cylinder.
