425 magnum electrical problems?

95 425 magnum 4x4 wont start with push button,nothing.pull starts fine and runs good.replaced the starter solenoid and a new battery.the problem started on a cold morning engine started fine with button but when i put in reverse the headlights went out and the engine killed after pull starting the lights did not work and the push button start,the engine still would kill going into reverse.any help would be great
