WHAT UP EVERYONE NEED SOME HELP,IM DOING THE REPAIR MY SELF "TIME'S ARE TOUGH" PLUS I ENJOY WORKING ON MY OWN TOY'S ANYWAY BACK TO MY QUESTION 02 BLASTER CLUTCH IS SLIPPING REMOVED CLUTCHES SMELL BURN BUT WHEN I REMOVED THE PRESSURE PLATE WITH THE ROD, THE BALL IS STUCK/WELDED TO ROD IS THAT NORMAL? AND AS FAR AS CLUTCH BASKET AND CLUTCH INNER HUB WHAT GOES WRONG WITH THEM WHAT SHOULD I INSPECTED FOR? HOW OFTEN DO THEY FAIL?

its not normal for the ball to be welded to the rod. clutches do wear but then again its how the person rides it.

as for the slipping, just get a new clutch kit.

don't over tighten the presser plate bolts, they will snap. make sure you use lock tight on them.

My adjusmnt nut fell off on me and messed everything up in there, plus put a huge hole in my clutch cover. so make sure everything is nice and tight to spec.
