i have a 99 scrambler 2 stroke,one of the front hubs wheels is not engaging in awd mode,the right wheel turns but the left does not, both driveshafts are turning.itook a meter and i am getting 26 ohms in hub coil,took apart hub and everything looks okay, elec. connections look okay, anyone have any ideas where to go from here. also what volts should i be getting to hub coil
