Suzuki 250 4x4 won't start

Polarity reversed on battery when install, blow fuse install new fuse,  still won't start.  Was running before battery was put in wrong.  Spark at plug.
Help!!!!!

Okay, so you have spark at the plug. Put a small amount of fuel(a teaspoon full) in the cylinder and see if it tries to start up.
