Does anyone know the valve clearance for a 84 trx200? I have been told many differnt things.

0.05mm (0.002in.) on both valves. Straight from the repair manual.

do you have the carb specs aswell? i need the fuel/air screw, needle, jet sizes please.

Carb Specs for TRX200
Model # PD 55A Main Jet # 98 Initial Pilot Screw Opening- 2-1/4 turns out Needle Jet Clip Position- 2nd groove Float Level- 14mm (.55in.) Idle Speed- 1,400 +- 100rpm
Not sure if you need the main jet size for high altitude. If you do let me know.

is the clip second from the top or from the bottom?

Not really sure, I haven't really ever paid any attention to it. The book is vague on it stating to record the clip position before removal. Raising the needle will enrichen mixture and lowering the needle will lean the mixture.
