YFZ 450 will not run with throttle switch closed

my 450 set up with fuel valve on for a few months cranked it up it ran 5min quit took the carb off and cleaned after installing it will not crank or run unless I opened the throttle enough to close throttle switch the quad runs good and will idle.I did find one problem while ohming the switches found a short at T/S though this was the problem soildered wires did'nt fix the it.
this is a list of things Ihave trouble shoot
ohmed carb &thorttle switch checked good
ohmed all wires to CDI checked good.
checked volts atthorttle pos. sensor 4.9 in .58v out
also removed the spark arestor now the quad back fires which way do I need to move the clip on on the main jet to stop this.I fell to mention this is 04/special addition
