I doubt its adjustable. Rebuilding or big boring isnt necesarily easy. You need to have a pretty high skill level to make good long running engine. Also be carefull of guys who say they can do it. I have seen many cases of guys B/Bing their friends 2 strokes and then they never run right again. An experienced good mechanic has many special skills that let him fix problems you can run into when disasembling or rebuilding.
