I just bought this and the carb was leaking out the drain valve. I took it apart and soaked it in a cleaner dip. I sprayed and blew each port with compressed air. Now I am not getting any gas. When I have the bowl off and the float is down gas will flow but when I put together no gas.Help!!!

The float should be down with the valve open until fuel fills the bowl. Wirh everything together and fuel on open the drain on the bottom of the bowl and see if fuel is present. If it is then the float is open, if no fuel then the float is getting hung up when you put the bowl on. Like the bowl is hitting the float keeping it closed. Did you probe the jets when you had the carb apart? Did you verify that the compressed air was going thru each jet and port? See if there is fuel in the bowl and let us know.
Heres my toys YFZ450 "06" jet kit, zip tie mod, cam mod, sold Raptor 350 "06" stock, sold Predator 90 "06" stock, sold

micheal is right, use a wire bread tie to probe out the jets. if you blow compressed air through it it may or may not clean it out. but probing will do it everytime.
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!

Your float is probably upside down. I just had a similar problem on my 250 and went online looking for the proper float level setting. It will go back togher either way. You likely bent the float putting it in upside down and need to adjust(bend) the float to get it back where it should be.
