im guessing it is electric start. in most cases it could be as simple as a wire loose or something, it also may be the solenoid, stator, cdi box, rectifier. it could be anything. could i hear a little more about what its doing? for example. does it turn over slow, does it turn over at all. at all will you hit the button and nothing happen, then when you play with the kill switch a little it starts. i have found in some cases the the (switch) itself on the kill smitch will become lose. this causes it to slip out of the cavern it rests in, at the same tims not actually disabling the kill switch. i would like to hear more about it. then i may be of more help.
