Sportsman 500 will not start

my 2001 Polaris Sportsman 500 will not start, i put a brand new battery in it and about 2 weeks later it quit starting, wont start electricaly or with the pull start? Im thinking if the starter was out the pull start would still work wouldnt it? please help, thanks

as long as the stator isn't out, or the cdi hasn't gone bad.
or even the coil
have you checked for spark??
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!

polaris is basically junk----i just got a new 09 500 and it will not run----shop can not find problem--it is under warranty but they can not fix it ?????
