Can anyone help? I bought a 2005 Rally(200). Guy said the starter was bad. What it does is sometimes the starter just spins, sometimes the starter grinds, and sometimes it grinds and catches but has problems turning the motor over. New battery and new starter, still the same problem!! Can anyone help?
