Alright, I have a 2007 TRX400ex and I finally need to replace my stock clutch lever and perch. I don't have the money to get like an ASV clutch or something, so i grabbed a typical Parts Unlimited Clutch Lever and Perch to hold me off. The E-brake is not a problem, its that damned button. Its called a "Switch Assembly, Front Stop) or something like that. But i'm assuming that it has something to do w/ starting the bike in gear? If anyone knows if I can take that whole thing out and be ok, or do i need to keep it.

___So I figured out that that switch does make it so you cant start it in gear w/out pulling the clutch. iv'e read that you HAVE to have the 2 wires connected to start the bike, but you can start it w/out pulling the clutch in, which I imagine would be horrible for the starter... If anyone knows if there is a way to keep that button, or mod it to a lever. Let me know! Thanks
