04 dvx 400 no start

I have a 04 DVX 400 and when trying to start it there is no gas getting to spark plug but i can pull it behing another atv and get to start and run. What I have done is clean carb and flushed tank cleaned *** pit on tank replaced fuel lines and vacumme line from *** pit to carb if any one has a idea Please help

did you clean out the jets?
if not check the carburetor cleaning 101 post under atv repair and maintenance.
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!
