Honda Rubicon 07--NEED HELP

My rubicon loses power and will not run with more than 1/4 throttle, has fire and new gas, any ideas?????Was running fine and just started doing this will run if I hold out on the choke.

check the diaphram in the top of the carb for holes or wear.
also check the intake and air filter boot.
if no problems there check out the carburetor cleaning 101 post under atv repair and maintenance.
you may have a clogged jet
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!
