Ok I have a 90cc ricardo kids atv it sat for a while and wont start now.  First off I have replaced the carb, cdi box, Spark plug, battery and key ingintion.  I hooked everything up and hit the start button nothing happened.  There is no electrical to the atv.  Lights wont work ect.  If I cross the Solenoid with a screwdriver it turns over but no spark.  It seems like all electrical to everywhere but the starter is gone.  Any suggestions my son and me would greatly appreciate your help.  I actually also replaced the fuse   Thanks

hmm, sounds like a short, check the wiring harness, sometimes they like to run them over the frame which causes the wire to rub against the frame and short out.
also if you have a safety lanyard check to be sure that it is plugged in and isn't shorted out

to tighten the chain put frame on block or jack it up so that the rear wheels are off the ground, loosen the four nuts and bolts on the axle carrier, then rotate the axle carrier until the chain has 1/2 inch slack in it. or if you have the nut and bolt adjusters turn the nuts on the adjusters evenly until the chain has 1/2 inch slack in it.  retighten everything and ride.

Just had the same problem with a 90cc atv. Turned out to be bad connections in a couple of places: the bullet connector at the black/red wire from the stator was falling apart, the same wire was loose at the CDI connector AND the connector from the stator (white, yellow and green wires) was really hot after trying to start which I assume meant there was some arcing due to a loose connection in that connector.  Terminated a few new connectors and rejiggered the connector at the CDI and she started right up.  I'm going to redo all of the connectors at the wiring harness in the near future as the chinese connectors are just junk. As you've replaced most of the ignition system, you're only left with a bad kill switch, bad stator or a loose connection. I've read that you can disconnect the black/white wire at the CDI to bypass the kill switch(es). If you do this and still get no spark - well, you're left with a bad stator or loose connection. My money is on a loose connection.
