1984 honda trx 200 brake drum removal

I am trying to put new brakes on my fourwheeler and can not get the case off to expose the brakes. I have taken the two nuts off the axle and all the bolts on the casing. The casing is loose and can be moved a little bit but will not come off.

your break is prob stuck or bearing, everything you did is right, just need force. spray it leave it sit and tap with hammer.
