I have a 1998 King Quad LT-F4WDX. It was running fine one day and the next day I went to start it and the green neutral light would not come on and the ignition will not turn over the engine or even click. I checked the battery and it is fine. The headlights work and are bright. When the reverse lever is engaged the red "reverse" light comes on.
Any ideas?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

maybe the power to the starter is interrupted by a burnt out neutral light bulb? also try turning the key on and pull starting it.

I had some trouble with my yamaha moto4 and no lights would come on and it turned out to be a snapped ground wire. If you are getting some lights then maybe it is not going into neutral. If there is a way to start it not in neutral try that. also try pull start.

check your fuses, you should have one for the ignition that supplies power to the the neutral light as well as the ignition switch

Could the neutral indicator wire have come loose? There has to be a connection to let the wheeler know it is in neutral or it won't start. Is it in neutral for sure? A couple times I've thought mine was in neutral but it wasn't quite there. Had to rock it a little so it dropped out of gear.

I just fixed the same problem on my 2000 king quad today. Turned out to be the red wire from the ignition switch was corroded and broken at the green plastic connector that plugs in to the wiring harness. I had to remove the key switch from the housing before I found it. Still not starting - no spark - but at least my neutral light, electric start and lights are working again.

Also - try using the pull starter with the ignition switch on and the kill switch in the run position. Watch the neutral light when doing so - it should flash on briefly - if it doesn't thats another reason to check the key switch connections. If it does flash it may be something else. In that case it might be something to do with the kill switch. There's a lot of good threads on here about testing the kill switch circuitry.

Are you sure the machine is in neutral??. check if it can go in reverse. I sometimes have to rock the bike back and forth to get it in neutral.
