93 yamaha moto 4 350 has no fire..

I've check the grounds and all seem to be good.Checked the engine cut off switch and it seems to be fine.Checked the neutral switch relay,reverse relay,and the starter cut-off relay,and all appear to be fine.Iteasted the three wires coming from thr stator and they seem fine..I did put a light tester on the blue and yellow wires for the pulser and got the test light to light up while turning the engine over,but couldn't figure how to use the multimeter to test the pulser..And don't know about the cdi box,can't figure it out..Will the dealership test the cdi box?Alittle help please..thanks
