Have to crank for quite some time before it starts. Choke cable has been replaced to no avail. Once started it runs great all day. Starts right up when warm just fine. Not sure if there any adjustments to choke or if I have a problem with the fuel pump. Drained gas and cleaned fuel filters. What am I missing?

Remove the hose going to the carb. , then spin the engine over . If pump is working you should get gas squirting out of the line. Just be careful not to have any flame or anything close by. If your pump is ok ,your choke may be the prob.
