electrical issues traxtermax

2003 traxtermax will not start with button can start with pull cord,or jump start relay,also will not shift out of first gear either in automatic or manuel mode,good battery and connections have cleaned them all.have inspected handle bar shift and start switches and everything looks very clean.have cleaned posts on battery, starter,negative ground, and starter solonoid,am hoping it is not mpem,also cannot locate the computer electronic control module.can these atvs be scanned for codes,any information is greatly appreciated,thankyou in advance
