Honda 250 Fourtrax Battery removal

I have been trying to replace the battery on my ATV but have not been able to figure out how to remove the battery with out wrecking something. How do you take the battery out?

do you have the battery under the seat or under the left rear fender?
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!

It is under the left rear fender. When I try to take it out it acts like it is connected but I haven't seen anything holding it in.

you may have to loosen the bolts that hold the rear fender down so that you can take it out it going straighter up with it.
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!

Well I had thought and tried pulling it straight up but there is tubing "part of the frame" just above the battery causing restriction from pulling the battery straight up. I had thought about the fender but felt that wasn't going to help any. One thing that it looks like is that there is a piece of formed plastic between the battery and battery box but I wasn't sure if I could pull it straight out or not with out breaking something. believe me when i say that any thoughts are appreciated.

let me run out and check my 250 fourtrax.
check yours i believe that the battery box either opens up or the battery box has to be removed.
