I have no pressure at the master. I have taken it off cleaned it & put it back together, then rebuild it replaceing all the insides. I can not get any fluid to come out of the banjo bolt. This happened while it was sitting on the trailer, not being riden. It looks as thought the ports in the master are not plugged up. Any suggestions. Thanks I posted this a few onths ago but got no hits. Any help would be appricated.

I just recently had the same problem. But then I realized that it takes a lot of pumps on the brake lever to fill the line. And I mean a lot of pumps. If you fill the master cylinder with brake fluid, and are seeing (at least occassionaly) little bubbles coming up in the fluid, then it's filling. But it takes a while. Hopefully that helps.
Let me know.

Did you have any pressure? I have nothing. I did see a bubble come out but never even got any fluid to come out of the master cylinder much less trying to hook up the hose. Thanks for your help.

I understand the frustration. Yes, eventually I did get pressure, but it took a long time to get the fluid in. If those lines are dry, it will take a while of pumping the fluid in before it will start leaking out. It took almost an hour of pumping the lever before I was able to start getting pressure. Be sure to check for areas that air might be leaking out and make sure everything is tight. Pump the lever for a few minutes, then hold the lever, then release air/fluid. Tighten it up, pump and continue to go though this. It took a while.
