Converting carb to alcohol

I have a 400ex i have put a big bore kit , stage 2 cam , and stage 3 rev box . My freinds upgraded their 450s and now there waxing me again. I have a gt 15 turbo im installing right now. I want to run it on alcohol so i dont have to run a intercooler or lower my compression. Im going to use a draw through carb for now any help on switching my carb over to alcohol would be appreciated. I also heard i would need to advance the timing because of the slow burn rate of alcohol.
