I don't know if this is the right place to post this so here goes I have a prowler 650 an the shifter won't let it stay in high gear unless you play with it. I have had it back to the dealer an was told it is adjusted to a happy medium. was told about the universals (3) Ant one know how to get it fixed    Thanks

check the shaft that comes sideways out of the shift console that conects to the linkage it is easily bent if the bike gets stukk in gear and can through off your whole pattern,  it tends to get bent down so look on at it from the passenger side of the machine,  bend it back up and ajust the linkage so it shifts into r and l on each and then try h and n and you should have it fixed
Hope it help I kno wthat was the problem with my prowler
