With help from this forum, I finally go the 110cc chinese atv to run.
Now, when it starts with the brake on, it will not stay running.  If I let the brake off, it takes off at idle.

If I lift the rear wheels off of the ground, it runs fine but the wheel always turn (rather fast).

If I idle it down anymore it will not run with the brake on.

Question:
At idle, shouldn't the atv remain still?

Could someone explain how to make the adjustment to make the clutch release at idle?

Thanks in advance

their is a clutch adjustment on a semiautomatic clutch and transmission, but their's not an adjustment on a fully automatic transmission and clutch, this is not like a clutch problem but a carburetor problem, if the idle is set to high then of course the quad going to move when started, you need to set the idle and fuel mixture screws, first set the idle, the idle  should be set at 1500 RPM's, next put the quad rear up on blocks, start the engine up and let it warm up appox 5 minutes or so, then screw the air/fuel mixture screw all the way in do not over tighten, just snug, then back off 2 full turns, start engine, now try adjusting the mixture screw in and out untill you obtain the highest possible RPM's, then reset the idle back to appox 1500 RPM's,thats it.  if you need more help e-mail me luvmysxs@yahoo.com
