I have a 600 Polaris twin with no spark at plugs. I have checked all of the items from the factory repair manual troubleshooting pages, and the only thing I can find is lower than specified voltage from stator and trigger coils. I pulled the magneto flywheel and there isn't any rust or metal shavings on the magnets or coils at all. Can anyone tell me how this can happen with the coils checking perfect on electrical resistance and are not "shorted" to ground? The stator has about 14 volts and the trigger has about 0.7 volts.  HELP!!!!!  Thanks
