I have a 2003 bombardier rally timeing chain jumped from what i hear thay did that a lot. Now have a big hole in piston all valves are bad with the head. Looking to fix it is BIG bucks (from what I looked up)
Can I put a diff engine in it ? Or do I just go out and get a new one? Don`t wan`t to put in $1,000 on a 2003 that cost 3,000 any ideas would help.

You might want to check the net for a used engine or maybe ebay...just a thought  

1000 for an adjustment and a 15 dollar piece is a bit much i think u might be getting ripped off  

Be careful w/e-bay motors.You could be buying other people's problems. If you like the atv and it's worth repairing, fix it. It's alot cheaper to repair it yourself if you have the mechanical ability and necessary tools. If not, you can find repair shops locally(most areas), but if you dont repair it, you can part it out and sometimes make more than you could selling it straight out.
