Have a 2003 with only 350 miles on it, very inconsistent running. Stalls all the time, had new bigger jets put on the carb last year, ran fine for 20 miles and now having the same problems- Anyone having/had same problems-Any thoughts would help- Very frustrated-

We are having a similar problem with our 2004 Artic Cat manual.
The repair tech states that while they were doing a tune up last week it stalled.
They investigated this because while idling it stalled. They checked the spark and that was good. They called Artic CAT and they stated that there have been reports that the flywheel magnetics may became loose, but cannot be sure this is in fact the problem. The repair tech really didn't want to tear it all apart and find that this is not the cause of stalling.
Don't know if this is the samething you are experiencing?
