i need some help i bought this 2008 90 outlaw for my kid .the starter is jammed up and its out of waranty.it has been a pile of junk since the day i bought this thing .where can i get a starter for a good price so i can unload it  

You might want to take a look on Ebay there is a starter for a Polaris 90 listed.  Search under "Polaris ATV" its was listed for over $70.  If you have a cycle salvage shop around your area you can try that, but you never know what you get.  Hope this helps!
